Written Notice of Cancellation
Registrants for 51²è¹Ý events agree to provide 51²è¹Ý with written notice to cancel their registration. To receive a refund, mail or e-mail written notice of cancellation to:

Refund Schedule
- If written cancellation notice is received by 51²è¹Ý 15 days or more prior to the event start date, 51²è¹Ý will refund the amount of the registration fee paid to date, minus a 25% service charge.
- If written cancellation notice is received by 51²è¹Ý 14 days or fewer prior to the event start date, or no written notice of cancellation is received by 51²è¹Ý, 51²è¹Ý will not refund the registration fee, and will bill the registrant for any amount left unpaid to date, based on the applicable fee at the time of registration.
- If you must cancel your registration because you were unable to obtain an entry visa in time to attend the event, 51²è¹Ý will refund the full amount of the registration fee paid to date.
