Cancellation Policy

Written Notice of Cancellation

Registrants for 51²è¹Ý events agree to provide 51²è¹Ý with written notice to cancel their registration. To receive a refund, mail or e-mail written notice of cancellation to:

Refund Schedule

  1. If written cancellation notice is received by 51²è¹Ý 15 days or more prior to the event start date, 51²è¹Ý will refund the amount of the registration fee paid to date, minus a 25% service charge.
  2. If written cancellation notice is received by 51²è¹Ý 14 days or fewer prior to the event start date, or no written notice of cancellation is received by 51²è¹Ý, 51²è¹Ý will not refund the registration fee, and will bill the registrant for any amount left unpaid to date, based on the applicable fee at the time of registration.
  3. If you must cancel your registration because you were unable to obtain an entry visa in time to attend the event, 51²è¹Ý will refund the full amount of the registration fee paid to date.
